Our high school team coaches will break down the mechanics of riding into progressive, actionable steps. We’ll focus heavily on the fundamentals that make every ride safer and more fun:

• The 3 MTB Essentials: Master the core principles that dictate every movement on the trail.

• Ready Position: Find your perfect balance point on the bike so you can react to any terrain.

• Braking & Dismounting: Learn how to control your speed with confidence and exit the bike safely in any situation.

• Climbing: Learn to climb hills no matter what the terrain is

• Cornering Basics: Carry momentum through turns smoothly.

Fuel Up at The Kitchen at the Vault

After learning our new skills, we’ll head over to The Kitchen at the Vault to celebrate a great morning of learning and fun. Every registration includes an entree and ice cream! It’s the perfect opportunity to meet the team and fellow riders, and talk all things bikes.
