Have similar fitness goals as a couple of friends or family members? If so, this is for you. Think of it as a Personal Training Session for your small group (up to 4 people). Have fun and reach your goals together.
Each person will receive a movement analysis to determine their body's specific strengths and weaknesses. This analysis is used to create workouts that meet everyone’s goals.
Fitness Plan
Do you want to begin or improve your own strength and fitness journey but don’t know where to start? Work with Alison to create fitness plan tailored to your needs and where you are in your fitness journey. You'll receive a comprehensive movement analysis to determine your body's specific strengths and weaknesses. This analysis is used to create a personalized plan tailored specifically to meet your goals and fit your schedule. You get daily workouts to do on your own and monthly follow-ups with Alison so you can be confident in your progression and improvement.
