Our Advanced Women’s Strength Training Class. If you have the basic strength training movements dialed - Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Press - and are looking for more, this class is for you. Lift heavier weights, work in different plans of motion, and start to build real strength and power.
Small by design: We cap every class at 4 participants to focus on your form and progress.

The OG. Our Strength Training for Women class. Learn how to strength train and what exercises to do for your body. We take the intimidation out of Strength Training. Build strength, muscle, and confidence in a supportive and fun environment.
Small by design: We cap every class at 4 participants to focus on your form and progress. All Classes are 60 minutes.
Core & HIIT
Wednesday: 7am
Welcome to your perfect 60 minute hump day workout. Here we incorporate core stabilizing and strength exercises with HIIT & SIT (high intensity interval training & spring interval training) intervals. The intervals are a mix of high impact (running, jumping) and low impact (assault bike, battle rope, kettlebells) exercises.
Our small-group HIIT format is capped at 8 to maintain the highest coaching standards.
Accessory & Stability
Wednesday: 8am
Designed to target the "silent partners" of your movement—the smaller stabilizer muscles that provide the platform for your high-power, prime mover exercises. By reinforcing these often-overlooked areas, you improve structural integrity, balance, and the efficiency of your primary lifts.
Our small-group format is capped at 5 to maintain the highest coaching standards.
