We offer 8-session and 12-session monthly tiers to match your training goals. Upon signing up, you’ll download our App and reserve your preferred class times to ensure your spot is always waiting for you. If your schedule changes, don't worry—our flexible booking allows you to move sessions around as needed. To keep your momentum going, memberships are set to auto-renew every 28 days.

We encourage consistency to see the best results! If you can't make your usual session, you are welcome to jump into any other scheduled class during the month. Please note that sessions do not roll over to the following month, so we recommend making up the time whenever possible to stay on track.

To help you maintain the strength and progress you’ve worked so hard for, we don't typically pause memberships. Our schedule stays quite full, and we cannot guarantee that your preferred class time will still be available if you step away. If you’re facing a truly unique situation, please reach out to us directly to discuss it—otherwise, we encourage using our flexible "make-up" class policy during the same week.

To ensure we can offer open spots to other clients, we require 12 hours' notice for any class cancellations. You can handle this quickly in the app! If a session is canceled inside that 12-hour window, it will be deducted from your monthly allotment.

The gym is kept cool so dress in layers. We recommend wearing low profile or minimalist shoes. Socks and/or barefoot are also allowed.
For Wednesday’s Core & HIIT class, we recommend a very supportive sports bra, if needed.
