By combining strength training, plyometrics, and sprint interval training, this women’s strength and fitness program will help combat the changes that happen to our bodies during peri and post menopause. Build strength and muscle, bone density, and better body composition.

train and what exercises to do for your body. We take the intimidation out of Strength Training. Build strength, muscle, and confidence in a supportive and fun environment.

Wednesday 7am-8am

Welcome to your perfect hump day workout. Here we incorporate core stabilizing and strength exercises with HIIT (high intensity interval training) intervals. The intervals are a mix of high impact (running, jumping) and low impact (battle ropes, kettle bells) exercises.
