Our Advanced Women’s Strength Training Class. If you have the basic strength training movements dialed - Squat, Hinge, Push, Pull, Press - and are looking for more, this class is for you. Lift heavier weights, work in different plans of motion, and start to build real strength and power.

Welcome to your perfect hump day workout. Here we incorporate core stabilizing and strength exercises with HIIT (high intensity interval training) intervals. The intervals are a mix of high impact (running, jumping) and low impact (assault bike, battle rope, kettlebells) exercises.
