Core & HIIT

Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. Here we incorporate core stabilizing and strength exercises with HIIT (high intensity interval training) intervals. The intervals are a mix of high impact (running, jumping) and low impact (battle ropes, kettle bells) exercises.
